iOS - "Unfortunately, Deductr has stopped"

 
Tracking your business miles with Deductr has never been easier! However, from time to time, automatic settings on your smart phone will decide for you what applications to stop running in the background. This can be frustrating when you rely on an application for your business!
 
Rest assured, we have the SOLUTION for you!
 
If you receive the "Unfortunately, Deductr has stopped" alert while tracking your mileage, follow these steps to set up your smart phone to recognize Deductr as a High Priority App:
  • Open your iOS Settings,
  • Open the General Tab in the settings app,
  • Scroll down to Background App Refresh,
  • Make sure Background App Refresh is toggled on,
  • Make sure Deductr toggle is toggled on.

By doing this, Deductr will now be recognized by your device as a High Priority app allowing you to keep doing what you do best....running your business while we take care of the rest!
