If you receive the error above, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to your banks website and login. If unable to login, please contact your financial institution.
Once you have verified your login credentials are correct, return to Deductr, and reenter your login credentials.
Step 2: If you receive another Login error, please verify that you have selected the correct institution / URL from our picklist.
Open another window in your browser and go to your banks website. Log into your account. Once logged in, look at the URL in the address bar of your web browser.
Search for the bank using part of the URL:
As shown above, a bank may have multiple URL's that appear to be the same. Try connecting through one of the other matching URL's.
This time, select one (1) of the other connections available and enter your login credentials.
Once your login credentials are accepted, you will see a list of your accounts.
