Make sure you’re using a current browser, such as Firefox and Google Chrome.

Occasionally a browser tries to view a page through a previous mode. To fix this:
- Press the F12 button. This will bring up developer options at the bottom of the browser.
- In the developer window, go to the menu bar and click Browser Mode
- Choose the most recent version (but not compatibility mode)
- Click Document Mode
- Choose the most recent version
- Refresh the page
Now all screens should work.
