Having trouble viewing the product?

Make sure you’re using a current browser, such as Firefox and Google Chrome.

Firefox: http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/

Google Chrome: https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/

Occasionally a browser tries to view a page through a previous mode. To fix this:

  1. Press the F12 button. This will bring up developer options at the bottom of the browser.
  2. In the developer window, go to the menu bar and click Browser Mode
  3. Choose the most recent version (but not compatibility mode)
  4. Click Document Mode
  5. Choose the most recent version
  6. Refresh the page

Now all screens should work.
