Experiencing crashes in the mobile app?

The amount of data crunching in our app means that it uses more processing power than other apps on the market. That’s why we take care to test it thoroughly before each release.

Here are some tips to cut back on crashes:

  1. Update to the latest operating system
  2. Close any apps that may be running the background
  3. Restart your device
  4. Delete the app and re-install it

Note that crashes are usually device specific.
